In spite of invitations from both sets of parents, Andrew and I stayed home the night before Christmas and had a little Christmas morning just the two of us ….
Coffee and homemade blueberry muffins and a couple gifts
Then we headed over to the Schuberts’ for pretty much the rest of the day …. arriving around noon or so, I think….
SO many presents for so many people! And Joe wasn’t even there!! (His last shift before starting school happened to be on Christmas day)….
But we had Andy, Julie, Daniel, Jenae, Kaitlin, (cousin) Chris, Andrew and me and Grandma…..
And a couple dogs.
We all sat down for breakfast/lunch together before digging into the goodies under the tree! Julie’s breakfast casserole is one of my favorite holiday traditions …. mmmmmm ….
