Since the venue (and hotel everyone stayed at) for Katie and Joe’s wedding is in Agoura Hills, Joe’s family found a great Mexican restaurant in that part of town for the rehearsal dinner.

Mmmm …. Mexican. Cisco’s in Westlake Village.

Andrew and I got there first – along with Joe’s great uncle/aunt. …. and were led into the back room all decorated in pink and black and white (same as the wedding colors). The restaurant even has big globe lights (see below) that they were able to tint to pink to match….

Since we got there first, we spent some time talking to Uncle Mike and Aunt Pat. I think they are Andrew’s new heroes. They’ve apparently been retired 16 years and travel all the time. Mike was telling Andrew about Spain.

So Andrew has decided we need to retire.

If it was only that easy.

I think Katie loved the pink … she squealed a little bit when she saw the decor.
