One of the best parts of living in L.A. is EVERYONE comes out here to visit (I didn’t get a whole lot of visits from CA friends when we lived in AZ) ….
A week or so ago my cute cousin Lisa was in town.
She and her cousin (from the other side of the family) came to L.A. for the weekend, stayed with her aunt/uncle/cousins (from the other side of her family) in SCV and JAM-PACKED their weekend full of all kinds of Los-Angeles-tourism.
But managed to squeeze a breakfast with Andrew and I in on Sunday morning …
Since we were planning on going up to SCV anyway that day, we had Lisa and Amber meet us at The Egg Plantation – pretty much one of only 2 non-chain cool places for breakfast in Santa Clarita.
After breakfast, Lisa and Amber were on their way to Hollywood for all the fun touristy thing!
Lisa – I still haven’t seen photos from that. Hint hint.
Anyone else want to come visit us? Andrew and I know a TON of great places to eat 
Is it true that they picked up a hitch hiker? Those crazy girls. Fun breakfast though.

and yes Andrew, we did pick up a hitchhiker named Captain Karma. It was awesome and none of us died. I should’ve been born 50 years ago when hitch hiking was safe…I would’ve done it all the time back then!
