Happy 4 Years to the tiniest of wives

I don’t often talk about other people than myself on this blog.  But today is about my wife.  Amy.  She’s hard to describe because I think she is completely unique and different than anyone I know.  She’s even a lot different from me…..I mean to say that she has everything that I lack and more.  We’ve been married for 4 years (and 1 day by the time you read this post.  If you read it after Nov. 7th 2009 then I will have no idea where our marriage is, but I’m assuming you are punctual in reading my posts).  These have been the best 4 years of my life.  And I think that this last year has been my favorite.  I’m just thankful that I married a beautiful girl that worked with me in making my dreams come true…….wait, does that sound cheesy?  I just think she’s sacrificed a lot to move to a place that I am able to work and pursue a career that I love.  Given up potential clients and being close to family and friends and a work place that she was comfortable at and where she liked the hours she worked.  I just want to say thank you for being so unselfish all the time Amy and for always working towards us and our future.  I love that Amy is always herself, she’s wacky and funny and smiley, she’s always trying to crack me up and often does.  She does little things that I love (like her Gollum impression); makes me food; coffee in the morning if I’m too tired to get up and do it myself.  It’s the millions of little things that Amy does for me….not the stuff she has to do, but just the tiny things she’s willing to do for me….is this making any sense to anyone?  Hopefully it makes sense to tiny wife.  Amy, I just want you to know that I want to try to do things that make you proud…..I want to use the camera more often and learn to edit my own photos, I want to help you and be more active in your business, I want to help plan our family vacations and I can’t wait for us to go shopping for a home.  I have a picture in my head of what it looks like and I hope we find it.  I also hope it looks like the picture of our home in your head.  I also think it’s amazing that after knowing you for 10 years you are constantly surprising me with your wit and knowledge and ability to love me.  You are awesome.

Anyways girl, I just want to say Happy Anniversary!!!!!!!!!!  I’m looking forward to next year and every year after that.  Thanks for always putting up with me, I know I’m difficult sometimes, and maybe I’m crazy too.

That was really nice Andrew. You guys are both so lucky… I was just now talking about lunch with someone and almost said, “you guys are both so lunch” which I think I like more. Congratulations.
