My family came in to town spur of the moment a couple weeks ago.
Really. I got an email Wednesday afternoon, and they were all in town by Saturday afternoon.
Kevin is starting a new job and moving across the country and this was his last weekend to come out to see us, so my parents moved some things around, Andrew and I postponed some plans and the 5 of us had most of the weekend together.
Saturday, I left Angela’s bridal shower a little early to see them ….
We met at Andrew’s work so they all could see it, then my family came over to our place to see it …. then the 3 of them drove up to Santa Clarita to check into the hotel.
We ended up all meeting back up Saturday night at my aunt and uncle’s (my dad’s brother’s) house in Santa Clarita for dinner, talking, and a little guitar…
