I'm really excited to steal you guys' tradition and watch scary movies all month too. What a great idea! So much fun!

Also fall is the best! Those Santa Ana winds just make me feel incredible! Like just breathing is the best thing there ever was!

Also, does Josh's comment feel a little like he ruined the magic of the Apple Cider for you? Does knowing that it's just Treetop with some caramel syrup in it feel like someone just told you that Santa isn't real?

As a former Starbucks barista, I can tell you exactly how Starbucks makes their cider.

1. Get some Treetop Apple Juice
2. Stick in the steamer wands and heat it up to 150-160 degrees
3. Pour some cinnamon syrup in a cup
4. Pour that hot apple juice into same cup
5. The end.

And if it's a Apple Caramel Cider, squeeze some caramel into the cup with the cinnamon, then hit the whole thing with some whip cream and more caramel on top of that. Ta-da!

I love Fall too! It was actually 56 degrees on our patio the other morning! We won't get any colors until probably November or December, but at least the temps are starting to cool down (for now). We could get back to warm weather again, but I'll just be praying that we don't.

I love that Starbucks cider too. I wonder if you added caramel syrup to regular cider (or the little mix packets) if it would taste as good. Do you think it has spices in it too? I'd love to be able to find someplace that sells fresh apple cider. That stuff is delicious and totally reminds me of Fall.
