Good: On Thursday afternoon President Bill Clinton (and other democrats) were on ASU campus for an election rally. It was amazing how many people were there … and it was just free on the lawn outside the library. It reminded me how lucky we are to live so close to a major university — it’s such a cultural center. And I’ll have to remember to keep up w/ campus events after I graduate.
Bad: My class started right when Clinton went on stage so I missed it. I like Bill Clinton. He reminds me of a kind, smart uncle. … I don’t know why.
Ugly: same day — Thursday — in the school newspaper there was an ad for a lawyer who specializes in DUI cases, offering discounts to ASU students. … depressing.
